In these unprecedented times for all of us, we would like to reassure you all the Mr Unique / Unique Citroen branches in Hoddesdon, Harlow and Cheshunt remain open for business for MOTs Servicing and all other mechanical repairs. We will be only working now from Monday to Friday normal hours until further notice …
Our priority is the safety and well being of our staff and customers and, with this in mind, the following action has been taken:
- We will collect and deliver vehicles if required
- We can agree a place to leave a key so no face to face contact is needed
- We ask only 2 customers are in reception at one time and observe the 2 metre rule
- All our staff wear gloves which are regularly changed
- Added protection in your car with seat covers and steering wheel protectors
- Courtesy cars have steering wheels, gear lever knobs and keys cleaned after use
I hope these actions show how seriously we take the COVID-19 virus and we will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep in line with government regulations and advice from the health authorities.
